Early Release Programs - Freestyle and Freeride
Snowboard Head Coach- Sasha Nations
Early Release programs are designed for the devoted rider, whom desirers more on-snow and cross-training time. This program is designed for the individual that is dedicated to taking their personal riding ability to the next level. Also included; one night per week athletes are encouraged to come to video session reviews as well as progression analysis, these allotted times will help athletes have a clear idea of specific techniques that need to be addressed as well as working with coaches to determine goals for upcoming contest.
**Pricing is set to reflect our on-snow season (Approximately November to mid-April.)
• This program is designed for Summit County Residents with athletes attending Summit Middle School starting 7th thru Summit High School 12th graders.
• To participate in Summit County Schools Early Release programs, athletes must maintain a 70% grade in every class. No credits or refunds will be issued due to missed training days caused by academic ineligibility.

• Program includes a 6 week strength and conditioning program focusing on balance, core strengths and proper health habits.

Dryland: Early release includes a pre-season dryland program with two gymnastics sessions and a ten–visit Silverthorne Recreation Center punch pass.

Transportation Pass: All Early Release athletes riding in Team Summit vans MUST purchase a in-county transportation pass for daily pickups and drop offs at school. This is necessary to cover rising gas prices and the high cost of insurance. No Pass, No Ride. Coaches will be taking attendance and reporting to the office.
