| For USSA/FIS Competitors: Training the same schedule as the Early Release programs. The Travel Team will be selected by the Travel Team Committee based on your 2006/2007 results and coaches’ discretion. To be eligible, the prior year results must include one Regional or National top three placing, or three first place finishes locally in the discipline of your specialization. To qualify, you must also be age twelve or older and demonstrate a positive, cooperative, dedicated and hard working attitude. The Travel Team will recognize outstanding athleticism and commitment, and provide the opportunity to travel to Regional and National competitions. It will become the performance goal for the developing athletes. The Travel Team will integrate with the Early Release Team during the week, with specialized training and cross training opportunities in preparation for competitions. The cost of travel and competitions for both the athlete and coaches will be in addition to your program fees. |
