The 2007/08 season begins in late October with Early Season Training opportunities at Copper Mountain. This training is the earliest “mogul lane” training available in North America. In December, training moves on to Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin where the mountain operation departments have committed to providing us with aerial, freeride and mogul sites throughout the snow season. From October to May, Team Summit offers a wide variety of training sites and situations from easy terrain to some of the toughest mogul runs and biggest parks in the nation.
Team Summit trains at four world class resorts--Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin & Breckenridge--on a variety of terrain. We have the longest ski season in Colorado and one of the longest in North America. Not only is the season long, but the conditions are among the best in high altitude snow conditions anywhere in the world offering consistent training...a huge advantage for Team Summit athletes.
The freeride squad has access to the finest parks and superpipes in the world at Breckenridge, Copper and Keystone.
Our Development Team trains at all four Summit County resorts, but bases operations out of Arapahoe Basin where they maintain their own full length mogul course. Night skiing and training at Keystone (with access to moguls and park) offers dedicated young skiers the full-time training opportunities so they can take their place as the next generation of skiing's superstars!
