Shorty Freeride

Skiers ages 8- 11 meet Saturdays from Nov 14th – March 27th. These young terrain park and ½ pipe skiers will practice the jibbin’ and jumpin’ skills needs to survive in Summit’s world class parks. Rubbing elbows with some of the best athletes in the sport, our Team Summit jibbers will enter local, rail jams, and Rocky Mountain freestyle Devo freeride Slope Style, ½ Pipe and aerials events. Focusing on progression, safety, and fun, this freeride grom squad will train on freestyle rebound apparatus to learn the fundamentals of grinding boxes and rails, spinning and an introduction into flipping and off axis maneuvers.

 
Ages: Grouped by age and ability: 8 - 12 years old
 

Dates:  Full Season       Nov.14th- March 27th
                *Session 1        Nov. 14th – Jan 16th 
                *Session 2        Jan. 23rd- March 27th
 

Locations: Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, & Keystone (When registering be sure to specify preferred home mountain on registration form)

Program Fees:   $895- Full Season if sign up before *11/15

                               $945 -if sign up after *11/15
                               $600- Individual Sessions: (11/14/09 to 1/16/10) or (1/23/10 to 3/27/10)
