Set-Up:

Responsibilities: Before all the equipment comes rolling in from vendors that come from many surrounding states we will be preparing ski racks, tables, and the corral. If you are good with a hammer and nails and like to carry and lift heavy objects please sign-up now!
Individual Check-In:
• Sep 17, at Breck Riverwalk Center
• Sep 24, at National Western Complex
Responsibilities: Help individuals with pricing appropriate objects for the Ski Swaps, placing a tag that fits our pricing system onto their gear in appropriate locations, and make sure they fill out the Individual Vendor Application before signing it.
Vendor Check-In:
• Sep 18, at Breck Riverwalk Center
• Sep 25, at National Western Complex
Responsibilities: Help vendors be sure they have placed a tag that fits our pricing system onto their gear in appropriate locations and show them to their assigned set up locations.
Cashier:
• Sep 18, 19, 29, at Breck Riverwalk Center
• Sep 25, 26, 27, at National Western Complex
Responsibilities: Help congratulate owners of their purchases and take their money after you ring up their total.
Floor Sales:
• Sep 18, 19, 20, at Breck Riverwalk Center
• Sep 25, 26, 27, at National Western Complex
Responsibilities: Guests will need help with gear suggestions and directions to the changing room. If you like guest service then this might be a good job for you.
Vendor Control/Check-out:
• Sep 20, at Breck Riverwalk Center
• Sep 27, at National Western Complex
Responsibilities: Vendors will tear down their equipment and need to check out to a responsible Team Summit volunteer.
Take Down:
• Sep 20, at Breck Riverwalk Center
• Sep 27, at National Western Complex
Responsibilities: After all the equipment goes rolling through the cashier stand and the door we will take down ski racks, tables, and the corral. If you are good with a hammer and nails and like to carry and lift heavy objects please sign-up now! We will also need folks checking individual vendors out these days to supply them their profit or equipment back.
