Intended for the serious, goal-oriented, FIS-level athlete. Our Post Graduate Program is organized around and catered to the individual racer, their needs, and schedule. Headed by Sean Ramsden and Doug Elsey, our experienced coaching staff offers support and coaching at both domestic and international FIS races. Our training gears each athlete up, and keeps them prepared, for a busy competitive season by focusing on: conditioning, gate training, video and mental training techniques.
For our dryland training, Summit County is home to some of the most extensive hiking, biking, running trails found anywhere in the country and is home to two world class recreation centers. Both offer extensive weight rooms, pools, gym, climbing walls, tracks, etc.
On-hill, we take advantage of one of the longest seasons in North America beginning in October and ending in June! Complementing our long season, Team Summit is able to utilize the varied ski terrain offered by four World Class Resorts: Copper Mountain, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Arapahoe Basin. We train DH, SG, GS, and SL all with access to World Cup and National Event hills. The competitively priced Rocky Mountain Super Pass and the Colorado Pass are required. Travel Policy: In order to keep program prices competitive athletes should expect to assist the club and coaches with costs associated to travel to non-RMD sponsored projects and events.
Post Graduate Short Program:
In order to give athletes access to our incredible early season (SL, GS, SG, DH) training opportunities we are offering an intensive PG Short Program. On Hill Dates: October through December.
